I just got an email from Shop.com:
Dear Customer -
Thank you for your inquiry regarding your Dashlynn order. We have recently learned that they have ceased operations. Because of this, we have removed them from Shop.com. While out of our control, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Please review the two scenarios and follow the course of action that best matches your situation:
1. If you have recently ordered and have received no information regarding your order, please consider your order to be cancelled. We will be happy to help you locate a similar item through another store.
2. If your credit card has been charged by Dashlynn AND you have not received your product(s), please contact your credit card company and inform them that you wish to "dispute" the charge. It is unlawful for Dashlynn to charge you prior to shipping your products. Please let them know that the Dashlynn is out of business.
