FYI, if you have a problem, there is zero customer service...ZERO only way to contact is through email, did find a phone number online, but you are only able to leave messages, and your voice message is never returned. And they don't respond to email request for support. obviously I had a problem, and didn't get my subscription. they state they will investigate, but only after 14 weeks, but don't, and didn't respond to multiple separate emails, over the course of several weeks, requesting help as their website instructs. Only got a response from them after I instigated a charge-back to my credit card. fortunately I was able to get my money back because I used a credit card, but it was tough going to to do so. And because of the amount of time you have to wait before they supposedly "investigate" this is definitely someplace I would never order through again, no matter how good the deal. Firmly believe that they would have kept my money, and done nothing, as demonstrated by their total lack of response.
