Im hoping someone here will know the answer to this. My BIL is in the Army serving in Baghdad, Iraq. Before he left, I promised him I would send him Christmas cookies in his Christmas package. Well, my MIL told me Friday that they told her NOT to send perishable items right now. I REALLY want to send him cookies especially because I PROMISED him I would send him some. Im going to send his package today or tomorrow in hopes that he will get it before Christmas. Sooooooo, should I send cookies or not????

I called a store another town over that was supposed to have them and he said he had one left. I got really excited and told him that online the price is $9.99 and he said that it was scanning at regular price and he would NOT sell it to me for the $9.99 even if I printed out the page showing it at $9.99. Soooooo Bummed out! My son would have loved it!!

Hmmm, its showing OOS online now, but it says a store in a town near by has it in stock. Do you think it will be the same price in store?? My 9yo baseball fanatic HAS to have this,LOL:D!!

darn! Im sorry I didn't realize the shipping was so long-Target seems to have a lot of that on their items right now and its so frustrating! Anyhow, I hope you have luck finding it at the store...and I hope all of our babies love it after all this hassle LOL:cheesy:!

Hmmm, I want to say it is on sale this week at Target for.....$33, but don't quote me on that cuz I could be off on my numbers:)! A few weeks ago they had it on sale for $29.99 and they ran out so I got a rain check and picked it up later when they got more. Edited* Yup I just checked Target.com and it is on sale for $33.00. Target.com also has free shipping through tomorrow on most toys and other items!

Hmmm, I just looked on walmart.com and it showed OOS?? No biggy looks like its too young for my almost 10yo DS, but thought I would mention it.:)

I cant seem to find the digital keychain on the list of items, but it could just be my eyes:eek: ....anyone else see it?? At least I think its a digital keychain.......its on the second to last page of the ad and it says its $17. I want to add it to my shopping list:cheesy: .

I guess I kind of rambled what I was saying...I think he might try to buy it for himself before Christmas and I would like to preorder it for him and put it away for Christmas when it comes. Ahhh, but then I have to think about the credit card statement too....its so hard to be sneaky with him around Christmas:( !

HELP!! Someone talk me into this:eek: :) ! I know my DH would LOVE this and it would totally make his Christmas, but I have never pre-ordered a game before and I am also afraid he may go end up buying it anyway (or trying to talk me into it anyway:rolleyes: ). We have never had any guitar hero games before, but we do have the Wii and he plays the PS version of Guitar Hero everytime we are at Walmart and I have to BEG him to leave it behind,LOL. Target clearance made my week once again!! I had broken my digital camera about a month ago and I was planning on getting the Canon Rebel but....thanks to this thread I knew I should take a peek and see if Target had any good cameras on clearance. Sure enough, the other day I scored BIG (at least I think). I got a Canon Powershot S3IS on clearance for $124.00. It was originally $350.00!!!! They had marked it down to 250, but all they had left was the display so they took another 50% off. I LOVE Target!!!!!!!!

The other day I went to Target and found my best deal ever!!! I was on a mission to find the laundry soaps, dishsoap, and school supplies on clearance, but for some reason I found myself pulled to the baby area first. I found a Hotslings baby carrier for $9.98!!!! These run from $40-$60 online and I have wanted one FOREVER (well at least 4 months since that is how old DD is:D ) but I was too cheap to get one. I have never seen these in our Target store (it is small and the baby section is tiny) so Im guessing it was an online purchase returned to the store. My DH did not understand my excitement so I thought I would come to my fellow target clearance shoppers to share. Oh, BTW none of the clearance things I went there to look for -the dishsoap, laundry soap or school supplies were on clearance at this Target. But I hadn't gone in a week or so and this Target's clearance stuff gets picked up fast.

I so wish I had one, but unfortunately they are hard to come by. There are 20% off coupons for sale on ebay, but they are going for quite a bit. Apparently people have found them in Plum magazine-this magazines website sells the issue they are in for 7.95 plus 4.99 in shipping. I guess you have to decide how much you plan to spend to see if it is worth it:g_think: !

OMG, I am sooooooooooooooooooooo MAD!!! :mad: :mad: I am officially never ordering from Toys R Us again!! Our nearest TRU is about 1 hour and 45 mins away (3 1/2 hours round trip) and I really wanted this deal. So I decided the cost in gas would be close to the cost and shipping so I would order online. BIG mistake!! I ordered it last night and it let me order it just fine--said it was in stock and everything. Today they send me an email saying that their has been a delay in the release of Madden! WTF!?!?! Ummm, if their was a delay in the release, then how is everyone getting it at the store, and why would they list it as IN STOCK on my order?? Anyone else who ordered online have this happen?? I am so furious!!!! I feel like they are just outright lying to me!!!

I got my 2yr old a pair of jeans and my 3 month old dd two pairs of jeans and a really cute pair of boots and a very cute pair of tights. All for less than $75!!

Im heading up to the Madison Target on Monday and Im praying baby stuff is marked down up there although clearance tends to go fast at that store. I was in Target in Dubuque, IA tonight and I was sooooo dissappointed:( ! Bulk items were still only 15% off, and toys were still ranging from 30 to 50% off. I found a toddler swing that I got for $13.98-there was no red sticker on it, but Im guessing this was only 30% off the original price. Play Wonder stuff was marked 30%. Im tempted to go back tomorrow, but its a 40 minute drive. Oh-almost forgot--Glade and Airwick stuff was on clearance too! I didn't look to close to see how much off because I had all three kiddos with me and stupid me forgot my coupon book at home and I KNOW I have coupons for this stuff, But there was a lot so Im sure I will score some next trip WITH coupons.

Hmmm....I am so confused after going to Target tonight. The toys were only 30-50% off so I saw a worker in the toy dept. and asked her if she knew when the toys would be marked down again. She said SUNDAY!!! This so doesn't seem right. Now I don't know if I should go back in the morning or not. Closest Target to us is 40 mins away and unlike tonight Im not really going to have an excuse to go (I needed pull ups,etc. tonight). I saw a lot of the sandals on clearance in shoes (most still only 30%), some baby stuff on clearance (30%) and some computer games for preschoolers on clearance (50%) and the bulk stuff (15%). Im trying to think of the other stuff I found, but its late here and my brain isn't working:yawn: . By the way, this is the Dubuque, IA Target.
