Does Bass Pro Shops ever offer free shipping on Black Friday? I know they ship to store for free but we are far away. Thanks!

[Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2014]

Beaumont, TX Target was all still 30% and 50% on toys. We had a lot of stuff too. We did have like 6 ride-on cars that were only 30% off, do those actually go lower? Also, what about camping? When does it go lower than 30%?, thanks!

[Dillard's New Year's Day sale?]

Anyone ever shop the Dillard's sale online? It says it starts at midnight. I wonder how their online service is. I have been to the store. It seems like the sale gets crazier every year.

[Blu-Ray Player]

Ok, I think we are finally going to upgrade to a Blu-ray player. I know we are cutting edge! Our TV is LG brand and we have been very happy with it, so I checked out the LG players on sale at Best Buy. The Black Friday model they have does not upconvert. What is that and do we need it?  That is the only difference I could see from the regular LG. They also have a Sony on sale that day. Not sure which would be our best choice. . .thanks, K

I think you would be happy with the Zune. Ipod is Apple's version of the MP3 player. Zune is Microsoft's. I think the TRU offer is great and hope to get one myself.

I think Walmart is just playing with this whole "ad posting" thing to drum up some business for themselves. They are trying to draw attention to themselves in hope that it delivers bigger sales. Good luck. . right?

[Walmart WOULDN'T price match!!!!]

We to one Walmart (where we had a LAW) and was told no price matcing on any doorbuster items. Asked to speak to the manager and he backed it up, saying that corporate had told them no pricing matching on DB specials this year. I called two Wal-marts withing 30 min. of each other and both said they were price matching DB items as long as it was the same item and you had the ad. We went to one of the other Walmart's in our area and had to re-shop for all of our items. It was a pain, but in the end we did get to PM everything we needed. Now I just have to go return my LAW!
