    ok so I bought the roku and had no luck with it at all. All the shows that I want to watch costs $1.99 per episode on all the sites you can get the tv shows from. Took it back and got my money back. Not worth it if you watch a lot of primetime shows that you need to watch after they air.

    Not a sports fan so don't have to worry about that. I watch lots of shows on the basic channels not sure if we would get them without cable or not. Need to check into that. I remember at one time lots of friends were saying there was a box that you had to buy to get the regular channels if you didn't have cable. Didn't pay attention at the time since I had cable and didn't plan on getting rid of it but that was a couple years back.

    We had Netflix for several months but there was never anything new on there to watch. It takes forever for anything to show up on there to watch. I have never tried Hulu or Hulu Plus out so not sure what to expect with them. I have found where you can buy prime time tv shows on Amazon and XBox but that's more money that I'll to figure into the cost ans see if it still cheaper.

    Thinking about getting rid of cable and going to something like Roku or Apple TV any one have these that could tell me how easy it is to watch primetime tv series on these? Which is better? Tired of paying a fortune for cable when these have very minimal fees for netflix and hulu plus. Never used hulu so is it good? Thanks everyone!

    Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2009

    okay was just at target yesterday they had a whole isle of baby clearance all kinds of strollers but nmostly monitors and bedding and stuff. So I went tonight and nothing there was new stuff in the isle you can't tell me they sold everything since yesterday.

     

    I really needed a bassinet, swing, exersaucer, highchair and bouncer and infant carrier

     

    IF ANYONE IS IN MISSOURI AND SEE'S ANY OF THESE I WILL DRIVE TO MEET YOU AND BUY IT FROM YOU!!!! :D

     

     

    Where in MO are you? If you are close I will start checking all the Targets in my area.

    I use the KidVantage program at Sears all the time. My ds has gone through 4 pair of tennis shoes already this year. They have all kids clothes and shoes on the program. You exchange for the same size and item. One pair of shoes they didn't have when I needed to exchange them so they gave me a credit on a similar style. My ds always tears the knees out of his jeans and when he was smaller I always bought Toughskins for him. They have a reinforced knee. I think they were at Target. But I have started paying a little more and getting them at Sears so I can exhange them every couple months or sooner the way he tears them up.

    We went there last year for vacation. Check out this link. Ober Gatlinburg was tons of fun. My son loved it there.

    Also if you are planning any of the Ripleys attractions check out the attraction passes. We did the 5 attraction pass which we do tons of mini golf so it really saved us a lot. I couldn't find a link for this but at any of the Ripley's locations they had info on it. You could buy a 3, 4, 5 or 6 attraction pass if I remember right.
