I found the Manhattan Toy hand puppets at 75% off yesterday so 3.98. Bought several for my daughters and to keep for gifts, they are super cute and seem well made. :)

I went to a different Target today and was surprised to see not only 75% off but a huge selection at 11 a.m.! I rebought all the toys I had previously bought at 50%, plus found two of the polly pocket disney princess sets, a ton of coloring books, some plastic cups with flowers on them (will be great for the kids to take outside this summer), two play-doh buckets and some other random things. Yay!!!!

I didnt even get to go until mid afternoon due to a doctors appt and storms, and was sure i would find nothing, but I lucked out- I really just wanted the Yo Gabba Gabba and Thomas sets for my 3 yr old and they still had them.. whew! there was a pretty good bit left in general. I was also conned into stuffed ducks :rolleyes:by my two girls but they were only $3 so it was ok. They had crammed everything onto one aisle and were resetting the bulk stuff.

MEmphis area shoppers, the Olive Branch Target had 4-5 of those biscuit dogs this afternoon as of around 3:30, they are 75% off. :)

ARGH they are closing my stores too! I love World Market! This is very upsetting!!!

went back by the Olive Branch one on the way home and they had done their markdowns! All toys still were not 75% though - some were, some were still 30 and some 50. WTF are they doing this for, to torture us??? Anyway I did score @ 75% off two breyer horse gift sets (a horse & doll) to put away for next xmas, a 3 pack of imaginext dinosaurs, a little people magnadoodle type thing, and the rose petal cottage sink. they must have done it late this afternoon, it didnt look like much had moved since this a.m. but still alot did not get reduced yet, either. Very annoying!!

dangit! I was there, but I guess I was too early. Grrrr. And yes, OB is the one closest to me (how did you know? LOL). That store really sucks, they are always understocked on things and are slow to mark down.

I hit 3 Memphis area Targets this morning. First Target, closest to my house. Toys still 30%, no markdown team in sight. Second Target - Southaven, some toys 75%, some not. ALready marked, though, no markdown team activity. I did get the silver holiday barbie that my daughter wanted, the little mommy potty doll regularly $60, for $14.99, a couple of moon sand playsets ($3.xx), two Yo Gabba Gabba figures in little train cars, and a couple of 50 packs of playdoh to send to school for the "prize chest".. thats it though! Third target (Colonial), nothing marked down, no activity in toys. ARGH. I might check back tonight, I dont know what is going on. This is making me insane!
