Considering Mr. Smiley does not have to be worried about what he is spending on the BF sales or need to watch his dollars, he is either single (and I can see why) or Walmart is paying him way too much. Since he does not have to worry about making his dollars strech and "cherry picking" sales, maybe it would only be fitting since "we are not the best customers for retailers anyway" to take our buisness elsewhere. Where did they get this guy from anyway. Evidently he does not realize the whole reason for BF is to get the "cherry Pickers" in the store making them wait till they remove those stupid trash bags and while we wait what do we do buy more stuff. And I guess Mr. Smiley does not realize the "cherry Pickers" are the whole reason he has a job in the first place, because he can bet the money spent on BF will not pay his salary for the year. It is us "cherry pickers" that his store is aimed at to be begin with " always low prices". Guess I got off on a rant there but I got just a little angry after reading his statement

I am with alot of you I can not put my game plan together the night b4 we have five houses to do on Thanksgiving day and then get the kids to bed, it would be midnight b4 I could sit down to look at thoses sale papers and then comb through each one and be up at 4 am to go shopping for 18 hours and get up to shop for another 12 hours on Saturday. first you need to find out what type of welding he will be doing. You maybe looking at something bigger than you need for just the hobby welder. ebay might be a place to start, has he mentioned a brand like miller or esab? Those are kinda expensive but you may be able to find something along the same lines. another place to check would be welding suppy stores exp. rental stores like national welders, or Neff that deal in commercial rental equipment. They have turnover just like rental cars and sell to the public. They can also be a wholesaler for new stuff. Millers website provides a side by side comparision of their welders in the different classes. but if you are not sure about tools this may be something you have to get the hubby involved in

DaFees, Have you tried going to consumer reports they list all the major washers and dryers rate them by price range and give the pros and cons of each. Listing with the model number and all. This is what we did at income tax time and then priced out what fit in our price range. If you wash alot of clothes at your house you sure dont want the thing breaking down in a year, like our last one.

To all fellow South Carolinians we have a second sales tax holiday for Black Friday and that Sat. this came out in the Sales Tax News Letter for September 2006. It says the sales and use tax for the November tax suspension woll be lifted on the purchases of any item normally subject to tax. Sunday purchases are not included. Last year Walmart price matched a BF sale but it had to be the exact item in the picture from the other stores ad. Like if Kmart had Bratz on sale you could not just get any bratz doll it had to be the exzct doll pictured
