  1. Okay, I have a question, someone said you could use GBA games on the game cube, is that true? I gave my son a choice for christmas between PS2 or an x-box (not 360) I was kinda pushing for the PS2 because it could be used as a DVD player too, however if I wouldn't have to buy a bunch of new games right away if you can use the gba games because he has a bunch of those and more to come on x-mas morning.

It is true that you can play GBA games on the gamecube, but only if you buy the optional accessory which usually retails for close to $50. But if you have a large library of GBA games, this might be a cheaper route then having to buy a bunch of new games. Here is a link to the accessory on Walmarts website where they are selling it for $46.82

  2. The Mario Party 7 Bundle is pretty much selling for $99 everywhere, if you can find it. This is a great deal as others have already stated considering the value of the included game is $50 and the extra controller is $20.

On top of the already great deal, if you buy the bundle at a GameCrazy they will give you 12 free rentals (1 per month) from Hollywood Video (GameCrazy's often will be located next to a Hollywood Video) which is up to a $72 value. Here is the link for the GameCrazy promotion.

All told, its as if you are getting $241 worth of items for the $99 price. A HUGE DEAL

Usual Price of Core System $99

    Mario Party 7 Game $50

    Extra Controller $20

    12 Free Rentals $72

    Total Value $241

  3. I'm editing this thread since subsequent thread with identical information is receiving more posts.
