I ordered the Sony TV, and received a conformation e-mail the next day. I haven't received the ready for pick-up email, yet. The money has been taken out of my checking account.I'll be calling them tomorrow. Scracth that. The lady at web-customer service re-sent the e-mail. The order is ready for pickup.

Does anyone know if you have to pick-up merchandise ordered online at BF prices by 4am?
If you don't, do they put in back and resell it??

I was able to purchase several of the nondoorbuster items last year really early on Thursday morning (like 6am) last year. I bought the Cannon all-in-one printer, SD cards and the Panasonic Camcorder. Shipped to my home for free. For the DVDs I selected free instore pickup. What the store didn't have, Best Buy ended up shipping to me for free.
How do you tell if the items are "doorbusters"?

That's tonight, after midnight. I am putting some BF items in my cart at the sale price but some, like the $9.72 kitchen items, are greyed out. The Better homes and Garden comforters are gone. Logic tech mouse, PNY usb flash drive and Mohawk memory foam rugs don't show up in search
