What 5-year-old wants a computer?
I wanted and got one around the age of 5-6 (1990) for Christmas. It’s a great gift compared to other things that you could get if/when you can afford it. It taught me so much and not too many years after, I was building my own/fixing others

My boyfriend and I use allofmp3.com, you can download cds for only a couple dollars. I don't think it is illegal?? and the sound quality is good. We have never had any problems, even though its based outside the US.
Russian based, so yup, it's legal.

Eh, going freom $400 to 1,000 isn't a huge jump with consoles. at $50 each and extras...You will probably end up spending that much in the consoles life anyways.

There have been reports that an entire stick of 1GB PC400 DDR will work on this lappy. Can anyone confirm that? Pehaps it can take a maximum of 2GB of memory? If anyone knows for sure......please post. I want to finally purchase some since this is one RAM hungry lappy.
Possibly, but why would you? You won't notice a difference going >1GB

EB games also is getting more before CHristmas, but they are for pre-orders only. That is baaaaaaaaaadddd that WM is holding them for 12/18. Seems like Microsoft would take Legal action if they knew.

Hey... that is awsome for a cheapy laptop. When I bought it... I didn't expect to get ANY gaming out of it. Then I read up about the ATI graphic chipset inside. It is a pretty decent performer.
xpress200? Yup, its not too shabby(I have it and have used it a bit on my MSI RS480 motherboarD). It may be able to do a few of the effects when Vista comes out as well.

... you can play games like Doom 3 and FarCry on low settings! The shared video memory automatically jumps up to 128 Megs when you add a decent amount of RAM, and makes more recent 3D games able to run on this computer. Not bad for a $378 computer (Plus $50-150 for extra RAM).

I got the canon A520 and like it till now. The pictures in normal mode are great, but video and other modes seems grainy. Maybe I need to play with the settings.
This is what I was surprised about on the Z760...I was actually expecting terrible, grainy video, but I was astonished to find out that its actually pretty dang good, along with the sound
The video and sound are EXCELLENT on the TV! Not as good as my digital video camera, but still, very nice. Its pretty neat being able to just plug it right into the TV

Ok...I may be a little dumd here...but I can't figure out how to get my pics on photobucket. I have the kodak easy share software and when I hit browse on the photobucket thingy I can't find my albums...got any suggestions? thanks.
Find out where your albums are being transferred onto your computer. (go to Kodak easyshare software --> Tools --> preferences ---> Transfer tab)
Go to that location on photobucket.
