I could not find a dedicated thread for computer desktops, so I thought I would ask here. The computer in the Sam's BF ad for $499, hp, i5, 12gb memory, 2tb hard drive. What are your thoughts on this computer?

I'm getting my daughter an easy bake oven this year. I thought for sure it would be in the bf ad for Walmart but of course, it's not. I really don't want to pay an arm and a leg for one.

No I think b/c its a newer product they aren't giving to much of a break. I got one at Toysrus for 54.99 which is good until Wed and used the coupon to get a 10 gc with $75 purchase. I just bought a book to go with it and a stocking stuffer to get to the $75. Then I used the gc to get another book which are on sale for 14.99 until Wed as opposed to the normal 19.99.

My target last year told me I could NOT use mesh bags. They said it was shoplifting. Just an FYI..
It's only shoplifting if you try and leave the store with unpaid merchandise, however I can see them asking ppl to not use them to head off anyone who might be thinking they can get away with walking out w/o paying.

My mom ordered them from Vista Print, so she was able to have it say what she wanted, and I think they had the picture on the site to choose from.

We've done both strategies. Had a family member stashed with a cart and last year we had the resuable shopping bags. This year at Cracker Barrel my mom found the reusable bags but they are 3x the size as the grocery store one and they are Christmas themed. So that is what we are using this year. We also got matching tshirts with a pile of presents on it and the wording Black Friday is not for sissies!

okay what am i doing wrong, now that the scans have been moved i can't get them to open i just get a white screen. No pop up box prompting me for any downloads or anything.

well toysrus has a netbook on turkey day for $80 bucks it didn't say really any of its specs though. What does anyone think about the android tablet that TRU has also?

MY toysrus and Target both had lalaloopsy. Target had more to choose from though. Of course I had already bought the one at TRU and I didn't have my add to price match at Target. I've seen tons of squinkies at both stores still.

This thread had me run out and check my Walmart. They have the squinkies, zoobles, and the singamajigs. No lalaloopys though which is what my daughter wants. So if u are looking for the others head to Schertz TX.

My mom always puts together a type of care kit for all of us that do black friday, and this year I want to add tshirts for all of us to wear. I can't decide what to have put on them though. I want something witty, but short.
Last year mom had canvas shopping bags with our initials on them. Which contained a Starbucks gc, highlighter pen with the postit tabs, bottle water, breathmints, hand warmer, and chapstick. Just to give you an idea of what we do.
Theres 6 to 8 of us that go.
Any ideas?

My Target had the Betty Crocker Warm Delights Pean Butter Fudge Brownie on sale for 89cents this week. It was only this flavor though. Of course I bought them all. There was a coupon in my local newspaper 2 weeks ago, but I didn't cut it out that I think was for 50 cents.

Can anyone tell in the Walmart ad if the Arlo cameras are the ones with the rechargeable batteries?
