has anyone's shipped that was suppose to go out on the 6th? Mine is still showing "pending shipment", and there is no expected ship date. It looks like it may be changing to shipping " in __ weeks".

Sorry, my mistake... It has a will ship date of 12/6. I ordered an hour after the deal was posted. I wonder why they didn't charge my card... I thought it was canceled cuz the payment wasn't posted with my bank. Hmmmm...

Just like other cheap brands, all Dynex is is another brand tv with Dynex on it. Plus, they come with a two year warranty. I just bought a 32" Dynex, and it was really a rebranded Samsung for $50 cheaper.

As of right now, the best ad is the doorbuster at TRU for $229 for the 8gb with a $50 GC. I am thinking of getting my DDs the 8gb refurb off Apple.com for $149. I don't care if it is the last generation or not.

NOOKY! NOOKY! NOOKY! ME WANT NOOKY! I know the Nook is a doorbuster item this year, but does anyone know if BB will sell it online Thursday morning @ midnight Pacific Time (2am Central)? I really don't feel like standing out in the cold for several hours hoping to get one! $99 is a great price for a new one, and I have waited all year for the big price drop! Also, will Barnes & Noble do a price match on it?
I just got the 3g wifi refurb model from ebay for $99, and buy.com had it for that price also, not sure if they still do, if you don't want to take a chance. I got the 2 that I ordered yesterday, and they look brand new and work fine (for the little time that I tested them).

My dad always comes down from NC for Thanksgiving, and we usually venture out. My dad's looking forward to it again, but I've decided to goto Dallas with him (a suprise), to watch the Saints beat up on the Cowboys. So, we might go by some place on the drive back on Friday, but I haven't seen anything that I want / need that's at a much better price than I can pay for it now.
