    Well not sure about laptops... But over all I have been Very Happy with Newegg... I had to return a hard drive once... went very smooth... One of my favorite places to go.

    I had the same thing happen with a Video card. ; ( Someone swapped it with a really old one. I had to call the BBB because they would not believe me. I open all high ticket items in the store now : )
