We went about 11.00 p.m. We were number 36 in line. Employees started showing up about 2.00 am. Managers came out about three with a megaphone and said any line jumping or people joining using others to hold there spots other than to use the potty or warm up a minute in there vehicles. Would be asked to step to the back of the line. He said no tollerence. He also said we we start handing out tickets if the line even flinches he would stop the employees from handing them out until everyone was back inline single file. around 3.30 am he had his employees come out with box's and box's of warm fresh donuts. Around 4.15 they started the tickets. They had over 50 of the 149.99 emachines. We got 2. 1 for my mom and one for our son. Then they would only let 1 person through the door at a time. They would only open the door far enough to get 1 person through. They would shut the first door behind the person and open the next and then repeat. it was great. I saw the manager ask about 40 different people to leave for various things. It went very smooth.

So you mean to tell me that BB is not selling there 149.00 dollar desktop under cost in Wi? Walmart dictates price on the demographic area its in. Trust me. Janesville Wi is a GM town with over 5000 people employed just there and not including the other 100 companys that make parts for them. There for people spend more money here than 10 minutes away in Beloit Wi. Where alot of jobs have been lost and the town does not have the greatest rep. No offense. Things are cheaper there to keep the people coming. Now look at the adds for Lake Genava or Delevan Wi. Very rich towns. Axel Rose has a house there also once home to the playboy mansion. The prices on somethings are higher than Janesville.

Every Walmart store is linked to corp. When you purchase something and they scan it. It goes right to corp. and pulls it out of inventory for that store. All ordering is done from corp. Managers in stores do nothing with the orders or really ever know what will be on the next truck. As well all price scans are entered from corp. I will tell you this saying Walmart can not sell below cost in Wisconsin is not right. I have a receipt right now where I saves 19.82 dollars on Roundup concentrate. I bought 4 bottles at 2 dollars a piece. these are well over 20.00 dollars a bottle. My wife and I owned a small gift shop for awhile and I can tell you I sold stuff to good customers all the time for under cost. It can and will be done.

Has anyone seen the actual add? I am now wondering myself what is says about quanitys on hand. I know I saw the pallets of cameras for 199.00 I do not know how many they are suppose to get but they had like six full pallets of them. That seems like alot for one store to get of a door buster Item. Also I should clarify myself that the computer I was talking about is the desktop not the laptop. Also I trying to call him as I would like to know if any thing has changed. I will post after I hear from him again.

I was at the Beloit Wi Super center and was talking with a good friend of mine who works in the shipping recieving department. Somehow the beloit store got all the 199.00 kodak cameras that Janesville and Stoughton were suppose to get. But Janesville got all the computers that beloit and stoughton were suppose to get. I asked what they were going to do and he said the store managers are going to leave it alone and post a flyer on the doors at 4.45 that they have none, directing customers to the nearest store with them. He said there is alot of stores out there that got there orders all mixed up. Someone screwed up. Hope this helps.
