I have Netflix for about a year now. The service seems to be slowing down compared to last year. I'm debating about changing over to Blockbuster, but people say that Blockbuster is slower than Netflix.

Does anybody know when it will be? Last year, it was the 20th Anniversary sale and it was around May. What time would you recommend getting there? Any old memories of it? I just want to be prepared for it. Thanks! :)
