I'm with Mursillis it can be hit or miss, but there seems to have been a concerted effort to improve customer service in the past few years.

I have to agree i was in and out of Target within 15 minutes with what i wanted the employees were ready to help and constantly restocking things. On my way out I actuyally saw 2 empty registers and there was a good size line out side when I was driving by earlier.

you have to wait until they ship usually before you can submit a rebate online. It took me too long to figure that out yesterday.

I was at Bestbuy today and an employee told me that they would price match anything that wasn't a door buster deal. So I plan on buying what ever i can on wed then coming back on sat to match it because i have to work early on friday. Last year i was in the door at 5am out around 8 am (got the laptop last year)

I agree with most of that but odds are it will be more expensive because of the new tech involveld in PS3 ex blu-ray which is going to be insanely expensive, but in theory that new tech should make it a lot better. As for the 360 I'll probably pick up as many i can for ebay more than anything else. I'll probably wait for PS3 unless something from xbox blows me out of the water before then
