    HELP!! This is the first order I have ever placed on thier site - this is the shipping notice I got.... Notice two of the "free accessories" show qty shipped 0?? Also there is one sweater completely missing from my order. It will not let me sign into the site and i waited on hold for 10 minutes already this morning... did they really not ship my free items/ THat is the ONLY reason I spent $40 on this stuff!
