Schaumburg IL was 90%, got a suprise find of Aluminum Foil and Parchment Paper combo for $0.40 cents! Got a few light sets that were in the process of being restocked and a few other things I actually did need! Went to a few others in the area (Streamwood, Schaumburg) and was stupid and didn't call first. Both were still 75%, what a waste of a drive! Also, South Elgin was 90%. Too bad it is 25 miles from where I work, but only 4 miles from home but I bet by the time I could get there tonight it will be picked clean.

Called two stores in Elgin, IL and South Elgin, IL. Both "still at 75%". The people on the phone seemed like they were asked the question a million times today! Interesting how it is not a national clearance schedule, I bet it has something to do with inventory levels or even manager discretion. Guess I'm trying tomorrow once I drop my wife off at work!

Elgin, IL (Randall and Lake Street) just went 75% off today. Tons left, got mainly outdoor and electrical stuff and saving the wrapping paper, etc for 90%

Schaumburg IL was still 50% off as of 9:30 AM this morning...

I would say it is hit or miss. Just called the two Target stores in my area (northern Illinois) and both are still at 50% off.
