Just to confirm I work at Costco- and we we're told also Limit one per customer...

Well I might be getting overworked for nothing... Who knows if I can even get my hands on one of these....the way I see it...I will try and see if their online ( ), and if they are..and I can get one...I will !! I have two seniors this yr and one will be going to college in the spring- this would be for her. (( The things we do as parents ))...lol

I know aol can be a pain !!! We first started with them , and they just wouldnt cancel us as many times as we called and told them to !! I know that I read in some post..lol..don't remember which one...That you can't cancel their plan with this laptop before the yrs up- ok well you can cancel...but they will bill you the remaining amount owed anyways....ya know how that fine print is.....they do have something like that !

I know this is a stupid question...but.. When / if you sign up for AOL- do you at that time have to pay for a whole yr's worth right there at that time ? I really don't need the aol since I pay $45 a month now as it is:mad: but I really can't afford the price w/o:( the aol.

Ok ..so I have been reading all of the post's on the CC computer deal. My question is....Do we have a choice to pass on the aol sign up that goes with the computer ? They could I suppose say that its a whole package deal ?? I know it's still a decent price and I will be one of many trying to get my hands on one for my daughter who will be starting college soon:eek: But just thought I would throw that thought out there ? I'm not sure if the fine print says anything about aol sign up a must for package deal ?

Could be...I guess it depends on the warehouse mgr ?? I'm just going off of what I was told today....I asked if they we're going to be handed out the day before Thanksgiving- so customers would know....the floor mgr that I was having this discussion with...said no . I would think that all of the warehouses would follow the same rules But obviously not ...

I am a Costco employee :) As I was 'looking " at something a mgr walked by and said " don't buy it now- wait until after Thanksgiving" with a smirk on their face, of course I played dumb. The mgr started to tell me that we're having a flyer/passport the day after Thanksgiving ( as if I didnt know..lol ) So..I asked.."Like what kind of items "? And they just said that the handouts we're in the steel and no one is suppose to see them ( employes ). I can't help but laugh !!!

Kids and $$$ go hand in hand *smirk *- you mention $ and their usually willing to help- especially if it's an easy task !

The kids come in handy !! I have 3 teen girls( 16/17/18) that are going to help me this year,it's to hard being in two places at once ! I have "broke" them in for BF...lol.... They are hooked !!
