    Just got back from Best Buy!

    Well guys i had an excellent time yesterday and this morning! I was planning on getting in line at 10pm but i was bored so me and a friend went and got in line a little bit earlier! I got to best buy at 5pm the day before and sat outside for 12 hours (Wearing my gottadeal shirt). But hey it paid off i was first in line, people were nice, got to see a crack head get arrested, i was on the news, and most importantly i got my plasma.

    Who broke BB? LOL

    Best Buy ads now show up on their website shortly after 3 AM (EST) on the day they're published. They used to be available right after midnight, but I guess they just hated the idea of west coast people being able to access the ads 3 hours before the official day the sales started...

     

    And just so you know, their site does not usually go down while they're putting up the new ad. It's run by a third-party website, so it has no effect on the BestBuy.com domain itself.

    It's back up now...but I don't see the BF ad. :(

    well poo on them! i guess im gonna have to wait til tomorrow or late late tonight to get them. I will go in the middle of the nite if i have 2.:greenappl

    I'm down just a bit today, but tomorrow will be a different story when I get those ads in my hands! Already told DW that I'm heading out tomorrow morning (tonight) at 3 AM or so to get the paper. :lolrun:

     

    Today is like a lull in the storm! :D

    What time do the ads come out? I will go to the store as soon as i can get them!

    The Best Buy site is down! I want to know who broke it by going through and trying to decide what they want?

     

    Just teasin, but it does kind of bite since there were a few things I wanted from this ad.:(

    Maybe they are putting up there online ads like target and walmart did..?

    2. 42" Plasma at WM - [ I think brand is viore] - $997

    Why i would choose this- Heard it shows a clear picture. Its HD.

     

     

    Help me out guys. I know there both cheap and not as good as the Sony, Phillips or Panasonic.

    If there's a better deal next year i will buy it next year too. Money is not a problem.

    Im getting the maxent... Ohh and about what the guy said about it being garbage, he is dumb. I have personally seen the tv as well. It's not as good as hdtvs, but that was expected. Im not using mine for hd anyhow, just for plain old tv and dvds. And hey its better than the 19" POS i have now.

    I just did an all nighter for the Xbox launch....it f'ing sucks. Was cold, bored, hungry, cold, tired, and cold. I will be a little more prepared for BF...but im not looking forward to it. After I get done with BB, I have go to work until 11pm. Looking at a 17 hour work day on top of no sleep with BF crowds. :D

     

    Wow! Man good luck. Your gonna go crazy.

     

    One question, what was the temperature last nite?

    10pm should be fine. I was planning on going there at midnight. Now that I think about it more and more, I think I should go at 10pm. I think what Ill do is drive by at 10pm and check out the line situation then.

    Well i talked to the guy at bb and he said that last year they were lined up at closing. well bb isnt open on tday this year so i was thinking, it will close at ten wed nite. So 10pm thursday nite it will be.

     

    Good idea about driving by. Man is the excitement killing you 2? or is it just me?

    illusion what time were these pics taken at? And where is this(state) I just tryin to get an idea because this is my first BF and wanna know a time range :)

    I dunno i googled em! I wish i knew, last year in fort worth texas at my best buy the line was like that at 5. Thats why im getting there at 10pm, and if im not first then, i dont deserve it! Well actually i do deserve it, so i will probably just kill the people in front of me with my handy dandy gernade! :rwb: BRAVEHEART!
