There's a deal this week where if you buy certain MP3 players they will give you a free $50 gift card. I am just wondering if anyone has bought the MP3 player and got the $50 gift certificate then returned the player. Will Best Buy make the person return the $50 gift card also , void the card, or it's an oversight and the gift card is still usuable? This deal ends tomorrow so I'm in need of a quick answer. Thanks

I sure hope they have it this year. The place was gangbusters last year. The coupons only came out on Thanksgiving Day and Friday. I bought the entire stacks of the local newspaper and used a bunch of coupons which a lot of other people did also. The sale was for a couple of hours in the morning on Friday and Saturday. It's a good idea to have a plan of what you are buying or prescan the items at the store cause the lines are going to be long. Also get there as early as possible. I tended to stick with kitchen stuff, linens, socks, and lingerie, since you can use that anytime. No clothes since it would take time to try it on. I also think the coupon has the same restrictions as the usual 10% off coupons, such as not usable on certains brands, makeup, etc. I think it's also not good with doorbusters. You also have to go to different registers since the coupon is supposed to be one per customer. Please be considerant to other shoppers and don't bring a bunch of items from other depts and pay/price check them at a register with a long line(last year and happend to me: had to resort to being belligerent to the lady).
