I couldn't get it to work last night either!

I just sent customer service an email and hopefully I'll get my order!

I just checked my order history - and it shows no orders for me So they cancelled my order without even notifying me.

I didn't get a confirmation email either - but when I logged in and checked my order history - the order is there and is listed as "pending"

Ok the link isn't working, but if you click on the appliance tab - there is a banner that says shop laundry pairs. The pairs that are on sale are there and you add them to your cart as a pair and they are the correct sale price ETA - well the Samsung pair is coming up correctly! I see that the Kenmore pair isn't!!

I just purchased this pair at Sears for $899 When rung up together they are $499 each and then you get an extra 10% off which brought the pair to $899

I have this exact mp3 player and it died after 4 months. I would turn it on, and it would shut down immediately. It was great when it worked, but I paid more than $10 for it so I was very frustrated with it! Looking around on some message boards it has to do with the firmware and a lot of people were having the same problems. They said just to re-install the firmware, which I have done but it still doesn't work.
