I have to correct my post made earlier the price on the camera and dock is $198. The camcorder is $179.

I can comfirm that the dig cam from walmart is 149.xx and it is a Kodak cx4530 5MP cam wth a dock. the camcorder is a Panasonic PV-L354sp. Oh, a 128MB SD card for 14.96 made by Impact(a Lexar name).
