I have always counted clothes as gifts. My kids enjoy getting them too.

I was somewhere around 11 or 12.

Our kids get to open one present on Christmas Eve night before they go to bed and then the rest on Christmas morning. Then we have a small breakfast and then go to my Mother in Law's to eat a big meal then they get to open the stuff from her. She always goes overboard, so the kids love it! Then they usually visit my dad for his gift either Christmas Eve morning or later in the day on Christmas. Not sure how he'll do it this year though because he just moved about half a mile down the road from me!

I use wrapping paper for the kids and sometimes use gift bags and tissue paper for the Grandparents.

I prefer white because that is what my Mom always used (She has since passed away), but DH likes colored so there is always a disagreement there.

I usually drag hubby along so that he can deal with the traffic while I sit back and relax. He also comes in handy to carry the bags!

I just bought Pablo for my 2 year old for Easter. It is supposed to be here by Thursday. Now I have to find something for my 8 year old!
