I am done with CC we got there at approx 530am and were standing in line for 2 hours. At one point there was one customer at the register for 45 minutes arguing over a price match. The pre-pubesent "manager" did nothing to move the line at all like take this guy aside and fix the problem (that is why price matching on BF is BS.) Then we mentioned it o a floor worker and he told us in is most snotty little way, "If you don't like it, go to Best Buy." Well that set off about 5 already frazzled, under rested, over caffinated women. That boy got reemed by them and then by the manager. Then it still took over an hour to get out of there. Well now CC and WM are off my list.

once again the giant wally bird has dumped on us. wow, walmart is no better than a dollar store anymore.

WOW, I just heard that Walmart has been bought out and they are changing the name to...... CRAPMART. Way to go guys, apparently you still have tons of those crappy choppers and stuff from 4 years ago. MMMMMM

actually not all the walmarts are phasing it out. there is one in middlefield ohio, which is right in the center of amish country, many amish go there. that super walmart is keeping all their material and sewing items. i think they are one of the few

great, this ought to be fun this year. they have been in there stocking the place for the last 2 1/2 months. i have a relative that works there and she is going nuts. so many more items

our new super walmart opened today, it is over 115,000 sq feet larger than our old one. well looks like i have to go every day from now til bf to figure out where everything is lol!!!

the radio station was WJMO which is a pretty low am station. 1490 on the am dial. i am thinking there is so much junk going around now that it was just a bunch of stories that were put together to form one. I know in recent years there have been some pretty bad experiences at our local walmarts. Some Walmarts have those big side sliding galss doors and last year myself and another guy had to grab the door because it was knocked off the track and was falling. From that point there were all kinds of stories. I just think it is past items being melded with curret stuff.

I agree, I also think they picked up on the legal action they threatened and just made a story up.

Here in Ohio, in the Cleveland area this morning a local radio station put out a story that Walmart will NOT have Black Friday specials. This is due to, according to them, all the problems in the past with the rush and bad publicity of people getting hurt. I think this is a load of it. They also said that is why they are having these specials leading up to BF. Any thoughts??

here is what i just sent to them: You people are out of control. I can't even get wal mart to send me an ad at all. so how else am i going to know if i want to make your store the first one i go to. maybe if you sent out your ads or maybe put them in the paper for that day you wouldnt be getting so much flack. pull back a little, doesnt this country have enough problems in its judicial system with all the petty lawsuits, now you have to threaten one too. simply pathetic.

I have tried for years to get Wally World to send me an ad. But they tell me they don't send ads to my area, which is kind of funny since my sister in law lives two miles away in the same town and she gets it mailed to her. These people are crazy and out of their minds. I am sure Mr Walton is spinning in his grave right now. Ever since he passed away these people are getting goofy. First the layaway, now this. I say the heck with these people, I will shop else where. Besides most of their "good deals" are the crap the other stores won't sell.
