Seems as if FB is wonky tonight... you may have to search on there for the page. Others have had a ton f trouble wth it too unfortunately. I had to add them to my page and then from there add them manually to the Rock Sugar page. This will undoubtedly affect how many join... ugh... BUT TY TY TY

So last year at the Beale Street Music Festival we saw a GREAT mash up band called Rock Sugar. I don't know how many of you have heard them, but we absolutely love them!! They have a great show and they are very nice guys, we met them after their set.
They all have a very musical background and do professional voice overs as well. Jess Harnell their singer is Ironhide in Transformers and was Wakko Warner from the cartoon Animaniacs. They have many great accomplishments under their belts.
The 2011 festival is the last weekend in April and is part of the Memphis in May International Festival. There are 60+ bands this year in 3 days, it's amazing! They have told us this year that they are no longer allowing artists to play consecutive years. Much to our dismay we have found a few in the line up who are.
Rock Sugar has MANY disappionted fans this year as they were not invited to play after being there last year.
Could you guys go to our "WE WANT ROCK SUGAR" page and like/join it?
Its just to prove a teeny point (LOL) and get the word out further about the group. They are starting to catch on like wildfire in the south!
They mash up 80's pop and hair band songs, which are quite really fun! You can youtube them and see!
Pretty Please, Ive never asked for likes/joins/votes on here before and could sure use the help!

i just tried the site and its down for maintenance. but i believe that this comes with its own antenna and plays through a fm channel on your radio.. if you want it to play with oit this..(better sound) you need a FM Direct Adapter.. around 30 bucks. but if you want Sirius radio this seems a pretty good deal. i have Sirius at home in the car and on my droidx. i could not live without it..(ok, well maybe) and, fyi. i put something similar in my parents Tahoe. they are using the fm station, and it sounds pretty good..

I probably had it all backwards but I know there can be a difference in sound depending on how its installed/used.
What I do know, is that I love it!!

Be careful and read the fine print... you used to typically have to have the interupter for your antenna and all that junk too. They werent just plug and play, at least they werent when we had ours put in. So just read and ask all the questions you can to be sure. I know some models werent compatible with some vehicles either.
On that note...
I LOVE LOVE LOVE ours.... cant stand all the talk on the regular radio, especially now that we have the Sirius! :)
Money well spent IMHO. Our subscription has way more channels than we'll ever listen to, and I thought was very cheap for as many as we had, and we added the sports pack to ours too. Ours runs $13.XX a month.
You'll love it if you've never had it before!

We h ave o ne of the original ones made way back when...lol. Still have the box and all. We tease my oldest's sons best friend with it all the time when he's over. He's from Louisiana, and we have figured out just how superstition runs down South.
He's knows its all in good fun, and his Mother loves that we give him such a ahrd time.

Im not sure what Nooks book prices are, which makes this kinda irrelevant, but Kindle has great book prices as well.

I would love to have some super cute super cheap rainboots for the music festival this month we are going to. Could someone help me find some? I keep coming across pricey ones, and I dont want them THAT bad..LOL! KWIM?
Will be going to Beale Street Music Festival in 3 and a half weeks... rains there every year and the park gets crazy muddy, or so we've read and been told.

I think it is... My DS15 has one, from when they first came out, and its AWESOME. We've had more trouble with our newer ones. Never had a problem with his other than when they goofed up their programming and noones worked for a few days. But like I said, that was a programming issue on thier end. I may just have to order one.....lol...

These are sweet DS15 has one he's had forever. We have the smaller ones. We LOOOOVE Zunes in our house. So much better and user friendly than an iPod or iTunes! You can use up to 3 Zunes on one account and that account can be used on up to 3 computers! $14.99 mo. for unlimited music! So works out to $5 for each of us instead of 99cents a song or whatever it is on iTunes.

Dont you have to buy in to the franchise from the Corporation? And follow the Corps set rules and what not? Like continually governed by them?
LOL.. I worked Subway many moons ago and we had set guidellines from corporate we had to follow and we were franchised......

For those of you new tothis magazine... I ABSOLUTELY love it. My Gma actually got it for me one yr sometime ago for a gift. I loved it so much that she continues to get it for me each year! I have all mine saved and in binders (LOL) I use them alot and wow do I have fun!

So I would like to get one for DF but he is deployed right now and I would like to get it for him for Christmas. I don't know what size he is but I found his high school ring and it is in between a 13 and 14. That is from 10 years ago. Can these be resized? It is only a temporary ring until we have our bigger wedding 2 years or so from now. Any help would be appreciated. And if I get, say a 14, and it is too big or too small, can I return it or exchange it for a different size?
Not resizeable... but worth getting more info to get him one, you wont be sorry.

He got the jerseys he and the guys at work ordered... OMG! They are AWESOME! Been compared side by side and you CANNOT tell the difference! Looks no different than the REAL ones we have. Wish shipping was cheaper for small orders.... however, I guess if several people get together you're set!
We,ve had them a since not long after I posted, and worn and washed with no problems!!

I have tried to get it mailed to me... just never comes. I know i can read it online, but I really do prefer the actual print magazine. I have tons of cook books and cooking magazines. My kids joke that at some point I'll have spent all my $ on recipes books of one sort or another and wont have any $ for the food itself! I would however not subscribe, not for 4 issues. I get one like that now, and i get others that come more frequently and these are my favs.

Boom Blox is like a cross between tetris and jenga! LOL My nine yr old has had it for a year and LOVES IT! We all fight over whos playing it... :) We havent played the others. I would recommend BB... quite addictive for all ages, very colorful, cute little critters in it, nice themes for each level.
