This time last year I had several things perchased already from them. This year I haven't seen anything I need/want. And I agree with the whole calendar thing. It is frustrating they changed that.

woot! I love this. My prime membership pays for it self several times. Between the 2 day shipping, streaming movies, ebooks, etc. Hell it probably pays for itself in shipping just in November and December.

Our dollar amount is $10-15. It's just a thing between siblings & spouses at my hubby's family Christmas. We are doing it as all gifts go into a pile. First person picks one out and then the next one goes and picks one. They can either keep that one or take the one from the person who went before them. And so on till all have gone.

No I was using the Kindle app on my iPad. But not the actual device.

Have you tried just going to the kindle's page and seeing if there was a orange bar across the top that says "You are eligible for $60 off a new Kindle or Kindle Fire". That is all my friend saw and she got it too.

When I went to Amazon the main page had a big Kindle picture in the middle with "Kindles as low as $9" written by it. I clicked on that and it listed the ones that qualify. I added that one to my shopping cart. When I went to the check out screen it added the coupon and marked it down to $9. I have Prime so I don't know if that made a difference.

I got this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007HCCNJU/ref=ox_ya_os_product for $9 today. They sent me a $60 off a kindle coupon. I used it on this one for a Christmas present for my 10yr old son. He wants a ereader so I figured this one would be a good one to train on.
Check your Amazon main page when you log on and see if you have that coupon.
