The fabric looks to me like an upgrade from a windbraker. Cross between that and the goosedown fabric maybe? Looks good - especially for $4.99

Quite interesting that an XL is only sized to (8/10) - usually XL runs at least (12/14) or even most times (14/16). So if it's cut small....I'd think these are really small.
