I nolonger deal with Sears.
I believe I spoke about some of my terrible experiences with them in the Sears thread for Christmas. My last contact with them for a problem never even generated ANY response from them what-so-ever. 
Yes, Sears has been around a long time, so has politicians.
They doesn't mean they got better with age. Sears has been in business for years, but their customer service has been lacking for a long time. They've changed, and IMO are nolonger a good company to do business with. I do not know of RI laws, though I have family there.
I do hope you get somewhere with Sears, but I wouldn't hold my breath!

The Wii -- DS loves it, as does DH and myself. Expected it to be good but didn't expect it to be this good.
The major plus... all the exercise instead of sitting in from of the XBox or PlayStation

Wow... I've shopped with them guys(DDD) many, many times. At Christmas too, but not this year. I've never had a problem with them getting stuff to me on time when I requested it. Their media mail is slow, but I use it when I'm not in a hurry.
Sorry you guys didn't get your stuff....
Also, from an earlier post... I am a trekkie!!! I own the all the orginal sets of Star Trek! Used to watch them with my Dad growing up.

Ahhhh... it just wouldn't be the Holidays full of all that Christmas Spirit without almost everyone trying to price gouge and rip you off! I mean, for example, look at Amazon(sorry for another store post), they(individual stores) are asking $200 for the Ultimate BumbleBee that you could get at WM for $80. Well, until the last couple of weeks, haven't checked.

I already use a fan...but that can get chilly even turned away and in the hall. I wish I could find one with a 'fan' or white noise instead of chirping or water running.
I use presets on mt TV to blacken the screen and play the off channel noise, have also put radio on no station for static noise.

Thank you so much. I've been looking at Invicta, Mavado, Bulova and more but couldn't find one I was sure on. Plus, they were on so many diff. sites and comments I'd seen questioned buying online.
So, today I went to Shop NBC and there special value was a Swiss watch for $99.95. So I got it. Also found a code for 15% off $50 and over. It rang up $10 cheaper so I got everything for $84.96!!!
I appreciate everyones replies. You helped more than you know! :)

I've been looking for a new watch for myself. I was wondering if anyone had any site suggestions. There are a million out there and I'd just like to know if anyone has any experience with any? Also, any brand ideas? I know, a broad topic but my husband says I'm the human watch killer
LOL They usually only last 1 year(not from abuse, they just die).

I haven't gotten a print ad from our Wal-Mart in around 8mths. That includes the Black Friday ad. I guess they want you to just use their website, what it says to me is that they aren't that interested in my business, they must think they are great enough that peple will flock to them even without an ad.
They all think this and most people do....
