I nolonger deal with Sears. I believe I spoke about some of my terrible experiences with them in the Sears thread for Christmas. My last contact with them for a problem never even generated ANY response from them what-so-ever. Yes, Sears has been around a long time, so has politicians. They doesn't mean they got better with age. Sears has been in business for years, but their customer service has been lacking for a long time. They've changed, and IMO are nolonger a good company to do business with. I do not know of RI laws, though I have family there. I do hope you get somewhere with Sears, but I wouldn't hold my breath!

The Wii -- DS loves it, as does DH and myself. Expected it to be good but didn't expect it to be this good. The major plus... all the exercise instead of sitting in from of the XBox or PlayStation

Wow... I've shopped with them guys(DDD) many, many times. At Christmas too, but not this year. I've never had a problem with them getting stuff to me on time when I requested it. Their media mail is slow, but I use it when I'm not in a hurry. Sorry you guys didn't get your stuff.... Also, from an earlier post... I am a trekkie!!! I own the all the orginal sets of Star Trek! Used to watch them with my Dad growing up. I'll be checking into these movies 4 sure! Thx!

Ahhhh... it just wouldn't be the Holidays full of all that Christmas Spirit without almost everyone trying to price gouge and rip you off! I mean, for example, look at Amazon(sorry for another store post), they(individual stores) are asking $200 for the Ultimate BumbleBee that you could get at WM for $80. Well, until the last couple of weeks, haven't checked.
