I tried gettin tickets one time to see Garth he was in the Quad Cities. It started out one show they ended up adding three more shows. Well I got through on the phone but it was between the first and second shows tickets being on sale. Heck the man sold out four shows in like 11 minutes.
It will be interesting to see if he really waits til 2015 when his girls are out of school to come out of retirement. See supposedly he has enough songs already made to make at least five new c'ds. I am thinking he will be back sooner then that though. Music is in the man's blood he can't stay away.

I am listening to the lost sessions and it is incredible. If they did that cd by itself it would hit the top immediately awesome awesome songs. Garth will always be on top.

Went to wal-mart got there at 3:30 am sat in my car til 4 at that time I saw the store manager was inside and I knew they would be opening the vestiblue so we could stand inside which was heated. I was third in line by 5 am when they store opened it the vestible was packed with people.
I went running for the MP3 player has I knew where it was beings I work there also. Don't have to work til 2 pm today though.

So I was very happy with Wal_Mart today.
After we get our card for our additional 10 % off I will be getting a dvd/vcr.

the ads in Wisconsin are still $632 cause of the state laws about not selling below cost. it is also why we can't have the gas thing from wal-mart where you get 3 cents off a gallon for having a wal-mart credit card. good ol Wisconsin. darn government

I am an employee of Wal_Mart and I will be out there standing in line between 3-4 am like everybody else in the extremely cold Wisconsin weather. We are not allowed to buy anything ahead of time or put anything back we are like anyone else. Those working can only purchase during lunch hours or off hours. Or have someone else pick them up something.
I wouldn't want it any other way after all its the fun of the hunt don't ya think??? I am hoping to be one of the first in line. I was third in line the year the Furby's came out. I love Black Friday it remind me of the fun all beanie hunters use to have before Ty ruined it all for us.

price online is $99.72 Just checked and it is online now. Thing is the one I seen in the store last night looked a little different. Ours at the store are $114
scratch that it is on the website but you can't order it right now. shipping put the price up to $104 so I would save $10 but I think I will just get up early and go get it at the store in the morning.
Actually now it is saying out of stock so who knows what is going on.

kidna defeats the purpose to try and outsell one of your own stores I think that is why they don't price match other wal-marts least wise not around here they don't

incredibly pumped up got off of work at Wal-mart at 5 and scoped out where the stuff is going to be. Got my path all figured out gettin in line between 3-4 am. I am stoked

There was a girl sitting at our wal-mart at 7 am yesterday morning. Then her boyfriend came and then later on a friend of theirs came. We only had 10 systems at our store 2 deluxe 8 of the other. When I went home at 10 pm there was still one ticket left for a system. The girl was getting hers for her boyfriends christmas present but some of the other college kids that were in line were doing so to sell them on ebay where this morning some are still going as high as $1,725 talk about a profit these people are making. sheesh

ok peeps heres the question the items you can get online like on wal-mart.com which prices will be for the items online???? will it matter what state a person is in online???

Get there extremely early people stores and I mean all stores are only gettin between 10-15 of them. I was at our Wal_mart and there is a girl already waiting in line she called the Best Buy in a neighboring city and they also have only between 10-15. So if ya want one ya better get in line like now!!! I noticed that wal-mart.com is out of them online. Just says they will be available in stores at midnight tonight. Ya must have been able to pre-order them or something at first and their initial shipment is out.

IN our store you can definitely put items on Layaway....... I would think it is that way in all wal-mart stores but I don't know. You can't put them there until Friday though.

here in Wisconsin the reason the price is higher has nothing to do with smaller town not as much competition none of that. It is plain and simple that in some states stores are not allowed to sell below COST!!! In other words what you would pay for it on Friday you will pay for it on any day thereafter is the price is $632 on the laptop. Wal_Mart doesn't make the laws peeps they just have to follow them. I think if it were Wal-Marts choice they would be $398 in all the wal-mart stores.

wal-mart will have all the ads for the stores in your area. Yes they do price match exact items. They will not do percentages or 2 for 1's and they don't do rainchecks.

yeah there are some upset peeps here also. But I guess that is the way it goes. I actually have seen the ads and I have actually seen the boxes with the MP3 players and the laptops. The boxes which have the boxes of the Philips mp3 players in them say right on the perpetual inventory sticker $99.72 but our ad price is $114 something. The laptop boxes I have also seen and that boxes pi sticker actually says $362.

Well our stores ads are now here and let me tell ya the prices are different from what was posted here. However this is why. Every state has a different ad based on the laws of that state and other things. For instance the laptop computer here in our state is $632. You see in Wisconsin it is illegal to sell below cost. The MP3 player here is $114 instead of $99.72 even though on the box the boxes of MP3 players came in says the $99.72. One of our support managers called a store in Iowa to find out about the laptop down there and in Iowa it is $480. She is going to call a store in Illinois to see what it is down there. So you see the ads are different in different states.
I am sure the ad posted here is an ad for a wal-mart somewhere.
Plus peeps remember some of the stuff will be available online it will be interesting to see what the cost is online for the stuff that is different in the ads.
Hope this explains it a little bit.....
