I am sorry, but the store I went to in MD had all electric heaters and fireplace on clearance. The sign specifically mentioned that the wood ones are not included in the clearance.

Visited the local Lowes in MD yesterday and found all heaters on clearance. They were marked down 50%.
There was a very nice electric fireplace originally priced 397, now 198.

Thanks adewrell for the yard sale suggestion, but I am looking for a new one. I am sure MIL and wifey won't appreciate me getting her a used treadmill. Might have to sleep on the couch for a few days!

I am still searching for a good deal. There is a discounted one at my local Costco...but it costs a 1000 bucks after discounts. Can't afford it.

Just came to know that in June 2006, DC sued INPHONIC for their criminal practice. I guess reporting them to BBB worked. I dont care about the 200 bucks I lost...but I want them to not rip-off more folks.

Has anybody got a free shipping code for office depot, other than the free shipping for orders more than $50?

I am not sure if they work @ value city furniture.
Infact there are some VCF coupons that arrive in the USPS welcome package, when you move and update your address with USPS.

And I heard that you could get 3 of these for $10 (sounds crazy), after applying a $50 off $200 coupon that you can get @ ebay. I have not tried it myself.
