I bought the Zenith last night. A local BB had 2 in stock + the display unit (Cary NC). The price is now lower $1499 less 15% and a $100 rebate. Watching it right now, great picture. Previous posts are correct - lots of bells/whistles for this price point.

Hey Fuzzy... do you know if the BF 42 inch plasma will in fact be the same Ilo WM now carries or will it be something else? Brand? Specs?

I am guessing (disclaimer: total speculation to follow) that this might be the Ilo plasma that some of the stores carry right now for ~$1500. Ilo is a WM house brand and are thought to be made for WM by Tatung - a Chinese brand that WM also sells. ONe of the WMts near me has the Ilo and the other doesn't - both super centers. Anybody know if WM will do a buy online and pick up in store? I suspect shipping on this TV will not be cheap - any estimates? jg

WM currently sells an Ilo branded 42 in. plasma screen. This is a house brand and is thought to be made for them by Tatung (though not confirmed) - which WM also sells. At my local WM, the Ilo was priced at $14xx. The picture wasn't very good compared to the set next to it. I'll be interested to see the specs on this. Contrast ratio, brightness, inputs, tuner, etc. With HD/ED it definitely pays to let your eyes do the walking. I would highly recommend anyone look at the picture in the store and compare to something like a Panasonic ED.
