Walmart seems to not be doing a regular BF, I see they running those weekly ads. Are they in place of the BF ads?

I agree. I just purchased some this weekend and with coupon I paid $9.80 for each. I love Candle Day just don’t know if I want to do the crowds.Bath & Body Works is one of those stores where you need to shop in-store to take full advantage of the discounts. You are limited to one discount code online when they generally send their coupons in groups of 3. Also, they are very stingy with free shipping and often you have to choose between free shipping or a discount.
One of their big sellers this time of year are the three wick candles which they put on sale on Candle Day. Well the price has been steadily creeping up the past few years; last year they were $9.50. They’ve been running buy 1 get 1 free on the candles at least once a month recently; pair that with a coupon and you are just about at the candle day price depending on your sales tax. I know you can use a coupon on top of the candle day sale too but the store is a madhouse so I have been buying 4-6 each BOGO sale. I haven’t purchased that tote they sale in years.

No budget but I also do not know what to expect. I’m not sure what Black Friday is going to look like this year and I’m a tad bit sad that my traditions have and will change from prior years. [emoji20]

I pre-ordered one. It was the only thing my son asked for his birthday back in September. He does not want the Xbox so I’m only dropping money on one game system this season.[emoji16]

I did all online this year. Kohl’s, Best Buy and Target. I took advantage of the alertly sales at BB and got a 75 in tv for basement. Glad I did because they changed it to online on Thanksgiving. Also scored 2 58 in for bedrooms as this was year to update. Keeping the 50 in in my office. BB changed 58 in to online right after I pushed my order through on Thanksgiving! Glad I got all 3 I wanted.
Kohl’s I found the watch my Dad wanted and the ninja foodie for myself. Still shopping but got the big ticket items out of the way.[emoji847]

I read a review that said after you install the ring doorbell it makes your home doorbell inoperable. Is that the case? I’m going to assume that the ring function would come from a device?
I have a ring that is hardwired and my doorbell still works. It is now the Ring chime that you can set from the options available. It alerts me on my phone as well. Perhaps the issue was the installer not the product? My Parents have one as well and Theo forever sound is the Ring chime. Same person installed theirs and mine, he’s an electrician.

I was really lucky! I got two of the 58in Insignia TV’s for $199.00 each online before they flipped over to in store only. Delivery scheduled for Sunday. I got 2 free Amazon Echo’s as well that I pick up on Monday. Coupled with the $10.00 4K hdmi cords I’m happy! I don’t understand BB this year. Some of the items that were live prior to BF, they then made in store for BF. I purchased a 75 in Samsung last week and today they were in store only purchases. I’m not mad I just don’t get their logic?[emoji848]

The Rocketfish 4K cables are going to be $9.99. I’ll need a few of those.Back in 2016 Best Buy sold sweet dynex lightning cables for $3.99 so I was hoping they’d drop the $14.99 usb-c version this year. Thanks for the reply!

Super glad that BB has rolled out some of their sales early. I was able to get the 75inch tv I wanted and it was delivered on Monday. Now stalking the 58inch tv’s as I need 2 of those! I hope they go on sale early as well.

Thanks. I’ve decided on 3. I’m hoping I can get them all with no issues.Many or most of the TVs will be available to order online and all shipping is free. Some may be available at the Black Friday price now, so it is worth checking once you decide which TV(s) you want (and also compare with the other stores).

I’m liking that you can purchase some intense now. Cuts down on the rush on Thanksgiving. I’m looking to replace TVs in the basement and two bedrooms. I’m hopeful I can get the 3 I’m looking at in one order.

I gave mine away earlier this year to my sister. I could not stand the thing! That’s how she gets most of her new gadgets she waits for me to buy than get tired or not like it and she gets the newish appliance for her kitchen.

I got some in store only item online last year. I was able to have them shipped to me too. It was before store opened so that may be why. I just kept an eye out here when deals went live and than went to Best Buy site and purchased. Try it perhaps it will work again this year.

Online is my new norm. I still get all the items that I want and spend time with family. As I've gotten older I so not like the cold or the crowds as much.

I used my $30 in KC to buy a leather bracelet for hubby. With the discounts I had to only pay for shipping as I did not have enough for free shipping with the discounts.

The Walmart by the job I was working at that time had the Wii. At that time both myself and my manager were able to get one without a problem. No one shopped that store at the time so we were able to get hot items with no issues. No longer work there and the area is heavy populated now so I'm sure it's no longer the same gold mine it once was...[emoji23]

What I don't understand is if they are getting one unit what business is it of hers or anyone's what they do with it? If they stood in line for 6 hours and got one unit why should she care? She was standing in line and was eligible to get one as well. How does anyone know if her claim that is the only thing her child wanted was true? I would have asked her that once she made that statement out loud. I would have looked at her like she sprouted two heads if she acted like that over a toy. I understand the rush but the demand will die down just like with all things. I'm glad my son has not expressed an interest but good luck to those on the hunt if I hear of any I will post.Sad thing was most people was there to scalp the NES.... There was a huge blow up when one lady found out a few ahead of me was there only to sale it. "It was cold and raining in the early hours of the morning for almost 6 hours and you are going to sale it when my child wants only that for Christmas". She went off. She was a little woman but you could tell if they went back and forth she was going to lay into them.
I do not like the drastic markups people are selling them for, I do think it's wrong but if people were not paying the prices they would not be selling them. What would happen if the resellers were stuck with the units because thy marked them up too high???
