I didn't get tickets through presale or even from the regular onsale, but I did win tickets from a radio contest one week ago but they told me that they were having printing issues with the Hannah Montana tickets and they would let me know when they were ready to pick up. I'm in Kansas City though, so not sure if that might be a problem where your at or not.

Last year at the Wal Mart here, the fisher price sets sold very quickly as did the care bears. This year it looks as though I will be going for the Bratz for my 7 year old. I don't see the appeal, but according to my dd she likes them cause "they're stylish" LOL

I'm not impressed with that ad. Guess thats good since the two KB toys that were near us have both closed.

The shopping takes me no time at all. It's the waiting that takes up most of my time. Usually around noon I'm ready to call it a day.

We still have quite a few of the Baby Alive dolls here. My daughter insists on the Amazing Allyson doll though.

My two year old son absolutely loves the movie The Incredibles, but I can't seem to find any of the action figures or other toys. Does anyone know if there are any still out there somewhere? We did happen to at least find an Incredibles Halloween costume for him...of course now he wants to where it everyday and insists that we call him "Mr. Incredible" LOL

My daughter really wants the Amazing Allyson doll this year. She is 7 years old, but last year we did Amazing Amanda and it was played with for maybe a month. I think she would probably have played with it more, but there were so many little pieces that she lost. I know she is a little older now, but that much money for a doll??? Anybody else get the Amazing Amanda doll last year and have the same problem? If so, what ages did you get it for?

One year I really got lucky in this area. My husband is a supervisor for an apartment complex and we got to use a vacant apartment that just happened to be next to ours to stash all the goods! It worked out so well and the kids had no clue. They are always snooping.

Wow. I guess I too have been in the dark about the seriousness of TMX Elmo. And I was so hoping to get one for my two year old.

Same thing here too. There is only one left near me.

My older two start making lists now...in fact I already have them...but they DO continue to add stuff all the time. I have them make several lists with different items on each one and then I keep one and give the others to grandma and aunts & uncles. That way I know we won't have repeat gifts.

I have to go alone every year My mom and sister live to far away and there is no way that my husband would go which is good since he has to watch the kids anyway.
