  1. I was trying to get a price adjustment since the price is low. Unfortunately I received this message:

    I know that sometimes calling cs may help. Or do u believe with your experience with amazon that this is a lost cause?? I would be getting $20 refund and that is (I believe) a significant amount...I would really appreciate your input...Thanks!

     

    P.S. Just FYI, the knives totally rock! I love them and they are absolutely beautiful as they go well with the rest of my RR goodies!

  2. OMG I just saw this post... I ordered that same MP3 player! I haven't opened it cuz we were gonna gift it! how embarrassing! It would be totally OBVIOUS if we gave that to someone that it was a clearance item... did u just email the customer service info on the OD website? thanks!
  3. It will take off the 'bonus' toy no what the price is. I got the inch worm and the furreal accessory pack. The accessory pack was $34.99 and they took that off.

    Furreal accessory pack wasn't listed under "bonus items." However it is part of the promotion... so how can one tell whether it is a "free" item or the one you have to buy to get a free item?
