The page said the order is not complete until there's a confirmation number. I tried using my PayPal debit card for my order. PP emails me a receipt once I use the card, and I haven't received one, so it looks like the charges aren't going through until the transaction completes.
I hope you're right, i've ran my card about 5 times now. How annoying. Luckily I got the t.v. I wanted but what a pain in the ass this is.

I was able to once, but it was about 2:45-2:50..and since then i've been trying to again. No luck!
