  1. I called this morning and was told that one of the boxes was out of stock. That is why I was sent only one box, but they sure didn't mind charging me for both boxes! She told me that they would refund me for the other box. But I wonder, if I hadn't called would they have adjusted the total amount charged.. Keep your eyes open if you've ordered and didn't get your whole order.

  2. I got a box from Kohls yesterday and opened it this morning. One box of ornaments is missing but on the invoice it says I was charged for 2 (which is what I ordered, 2 boxes). On my Kohls account it says partially shipped, but says nothing about the other box of ornaments being shipped and on there I was also charged for 2 boxes.

  3. I'm in the same boat but different item. My dd told me yesterday she now wants an ipad or ipad mini. This wasn't on her Christmas list and I'm about finished with her. I refuse to pay full price when I could have gotten a heck of a deal several days ago. She will now have to wait until next year.

Ouch!!! I thought mine was bad enough, BUT that mini was the first thing on his list. lol

  4. Yeah, I know amazon had it and I was at Walmart and bought the pre black Friday skylanders set for $37... Disney was sitting right there too, I was going to get it as well, but said nah... Now, I could smack myself! lol So far the cheapest place I have found it available for the wii is Walmart, so I went ahead and ordered it. If it pops back up for BF price I'll grab it and return the one from walmart.

ETA: Sams still had it marked down for $30 something but it was out of stock and said online only :(

  5. pinkdecorator - It's just one code to use. she added her 4 boxes which cam up to $38.36 then applied the $10off coupon to make the final price come down to $28.36. I thought there were 2 coupon codes as well but went back and looked at this post again and noticed it was only one. I bought 5 boxes of tea for $34 and some change with the one coupon but mine was on sale for $8.99 per box.

  6. Not sure what is going on with the Tuesday thing or things not being marked down. I got the skylanders and the just dance xbox game at the sale prices. Although I did have a few issues to where I had to go back out and come back in a few times before it would register the sale price. At first it kept giving me the regular, nonsale price, but after going back and forth clearing out the cart and adding it back in again via the exclusive sale link it finally worked for me.

ETA: **This is for elite** Sorry guess I posted on the wrong thread.

  7. Prior to the 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. events, customers need to go to the designated line within the store to secure a wristband for certain products. Wristbands will be distributed while supplies last.

Wristbands: Number of wristbands available for each item is limited to the quantity available. Customers who receive a wristband will have reserved that item and can continue to shop.

So... if you don't have a wristband you're saying they will back that up with the one hour guarantee?

  8. yeah, I am.. But why do they have to go and make things complicated? It sounds to me like they are looking for an out if things go way better then planned. I understand standing in line, but if you are in line and let's say the person in front of you gets the last wristband even though you were in line before the 6pm start time then you're screwed because they ran out. It defeats their own 1 hour guarantee. I'm not ranting at anyone here, I just think walmart needs to get it's act together and decide on one policy instead of all this flip flopping they've been doing the last couple of days.

  9. This is just a partial list as I copied and pasted from the Walmart website... Sorry for the large letters, I couldn't adjust the size.

    One-Hour Guarantee – It’s Back and Better!
In 2012, Walmart introduced the industry’s first One-Hour Guarantee, a Black Friday event that guaranteed customers select items during a one-hour period. Due to an overwhelmingly positive response from customers, the retailer is bringing it back and expanding from the three items offered last year to 21 One-Hour Guarantee items this year.

Customers who are in the designated lines at Walmart between 6 and 7 p.m. or 8 and 9 p.m. local time on Thursday, Nov. 28 can purchase top gifts at special low prices with confidence that they’ll receive the item either that night or before Christmas.
