Just for the heck of it, I pulled up my local WM map...except it's not set up for our Walmart...it's backwards. -
Just took the child and nephew to McDonald's in front of Best Buy, Target, and Lowe's. Not a soul in line. Of course, it's pouring rain and freezing here, so...

For legal reasons, you probably won't see HD until the week of BF...
SMH...don't get why some retailers just don't get that many ppl make BF plans way in advance.

They were 39.99 in store at TRU. Still not worth it IMHO.

Reusable water bottles...I diligently recycle my spring water bottles when I have to buy one rather than carry my reusable...but on BF finding a recycling bin ain't easy.

Now, after seeing the Target and WM ads, unless TRU knocks my socks off or Sears has some tool deals for the hubby...might be sleeping in.

I just picked up the last "hot toy"/"must have" for my son (Angry Birds Knock on Wood), so with all these insane store opening times and our Thanksgiving being later this year due to my sister's hours (she's a nurse), I am thinking BF may be an online only event for us...still have to see the major ads though (TRU/WM/Target).

Don't know where you all are, but TRU in North Haven, CT has Angry Birds Knock on Wood...about a dozen this morning...$11.89.

I thought the same thing...Now that Target is (or will be soon) free of their Amazon relationship which was holding them back, I expect them to start site-to-store shipping within the next year.

I do not like the multiple starting time thing...I do see it becoming a trend. If TRU and WM are doing it, you can bet others will too.
