  1. I was at WM AT 9pm on 11/24. Got everything i wanted to get that went on sale at 10pm. Left WM and went to Kohl's. Got there at 11:30 and waited in the car till almost midnight. Started walking toward the front door and it was absolutley crazy. Me and my mother didn't believe they were going to let everyone that was waiting in the doors, SO we went to hhgregg to get a TV my mom wanted. My dad then got in line and me and my mom left and went back to Kohl's to meet back up to my Aunt and we got everything we wanted there. Now the line was wrapping all the way around the building..it was a crazy line. but it moved fast. Then went back to WM around 2:30 Started looking around for the stuff people decided they didn't want.. and found a bunch of the 4gb and 8gb SD cards I was in need of. I also got stuff that wasn't on sale but knew I needed for Christmas. Finally made it to the Mall around 4. Went to Every single store in the whole DANG place...Got to my parents house around 8:30am on BF morning. went and hid all the goodies we got. and I then drove home and crashed.. I'm not as young as I usta be.. 24+ hours killed me this go around!!!!
  2. I just wonder with hoodies, if we did BF hoodies, would anyone wear them the other 364 days of the year? Regular GD hoodies, sure, but is anyone going to wear a BF hoodie in March?

I start planning for BF in August!! If I had a BF hoodie to wear then I would def. Wear it well if it wasn't 90+ down here then for sure would wear it before BF. I would probably wear it till march.

Some other ideas I like are the BF survival kit with a hat or Bennie. A coffee mug(must have caffeine). A bag of some sorts. Maybe a book bag type or something that can hang across your body like a hipster bag. A hoodie or long sleeve shirt for sure.

How about one of those flags people put on there cars for various sports teams. But we could have one for BF!!! :). Might only get to use that once a year but I would sooo buy one, probably two. I mean that would be great Christmas presents for my BF shopping team for BF 2012.

  3. Last year was soo much fun. Except for the stores starting there sales at midnight. Me and my Mom met my Aunt at the Wal-Mart around 2:30am. (like we have for the past 13 years). My Aunt was already in line for a PS3 for my cousin. She had also wanted one of the HDTV's on sale but we couldn't find out were to go to get a ticket for that. So, mY mom and Aunt are sitting in line in the Shoe's Isle while I am going around the store(the best I can with a Buggy) trying to see if there was anything else left that we might of had on our list to buy. So I'm just walking around.. I keep getting cell phone call's from them about things they want me to look for, and get them something to drink.. and well you get the picture. Then I get this Histerical Phone call from my aunt... Some guy over heard her say she wanted a TV that was on sale, but getting her son's present was more important, and just gave her his Ticket for the Tv. She was about in tears while she was telling me. It was great.. I even found my buggy later and nothing had been taken out of it. Best BF ever!!! We did other stores and was out and about till 4pm but that was the most memorable. Well that and waiting in the kohl's parking lot for my dad to bring his truck so we could make more room in the car, while eatting breakfast and waiting for my Aunt who had to drive to the back of wal-mart and wait in another line to pick up her TV. :):g_thumbri
  4. Not sure when we will be at Wal-Mart, but Wal-Mart is ALWAYS first. Last year we (My Aunt , Mom, and Me) got there around 2am for the 5am sales. it depends on what goes on sale and when they plan on putting them on sale as to when we will show up. But No matter when we get to Wal-Mart, we always go to the same stores. 1. Wal-Mart, (Breakfast) Eat in the Kohl's parking lot 2. Kohl's 3. The Mall (Lunch)4. Wal-Mart AGAIN!! hehe:gdcar:
  5. My Most favorite thing about Black Friday!!!! Oh.. my.... Everything!!!! Whats not to like? I love that rush you get of black friday finally being here. It's like my Christmas morning when I was a kid. Your soo supper excited about santa getting to your house and then he finally shows up.. Well Black Friday is my Christmas Morning!!! I started going shopping on black friday way back before it was such a big deal. My grandmother would drag me to the mall, since both my parents had to work. Its sorta Family Tradition. I can honestly say I have only missed One Black Friday in my 29years and that was when my daughter was born. She was 6 days old. NO one thought it would be such a good idea for me to go. This black friday is extra special for me... I Get to Finally let my Daughter come along.... I'm just super excited..:D.. OMG!!!! Only 23 more days!!!![/
  6. Most of the big ticket Items that went on sale at 5am were in different parts of the store and at 5 they handed out tickets, then at 5 they started handing out the product to the people with tickets. That was great!!!! But as for the sales that start at 12am. If it wasn't for my Dad and Brother last year who just decided to go up to the store to see what the 12am thing was all about... my daughter would have never got the Trampoline thats now in our back yard. I got to the store at 2:30am last year. EVERYTHING that went on sale at 12 was gone!!!! I would have been very upset if I wouldn't have gotten that.

I want this whole midnight sale to go away!!!!! Everything needs to start at 5am like before. I have been doing the Black Friday thing at Wal-Mart since 1998. Coming from someone with more than just a few Black Fridays under her belt I believe I can Honestly say that last year at Wal-Mart was the WORST on record!!!!!!

  7. I was tinkering with the idea of letting my six year old go this year with me my mother and my aunt to Wal-Mart. She had asked last year and I told her No. But we went into a wal-mart the night before school started. OMG It reminded me of BF but more centralized just around the school stuff. I told Her that this is what its like on BF but the whole store looked like this. I then let her decide and now my husband is just going to bring her up to me after Wal-Mart. I couldn't imagine having to bring Babies with me.. Honey I would say let those babies sleep and shop online!!
