It's stop motion video. Towards the end you can see the blades of grass on the bottem "wiggle". And the music sounds pretty clear to have come from the house. If it were real the street would be covered with people having seizures. But a very good job of putting it together, quite entertaining.
Not sure of the specs but in the fine print it says you have to sign up for a year of AOL to get the full rebate price. So that makes the net price higher in the long run.
