I keep getting "Internal error. The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request. " when i place my order. I chatted with a 'specialist' online and she said you have to call in over 20 items but i only have 16. Not sure how you buy $99 to qualify for the free shipping and also stay under some vague item limit...
