  1. But you can buy a $1-$2 pacifier and give or throw it away if you need to- then your Prime is only $12 a year. It's also able to be extended 18 months by doing that (21 total).

Also it doesn't have to be a "baby" item to be part of the Amazon baby section. I keep earning free months and the last month I got was for ordering 4 Leapster games (when they were $10.00 a few weeks back). There are a lot of non-baby items that renew it.

  2. Overall I'm the least excited about the actual "sales" than any year previously. That may be in part to a change in my shopping habits for quality over quantity though. I'm just tired of all these "fad" toys (like Zhu Zhu Pets - one example of many) that are either broken or shoved in a closet somewhere by February. This year my lists consist of things like Chemistry Sets, Klutz books, a wagon, etc. Things that are either educational or enable us to enjoy them more as a family. And those type items tend to be better deals online than in stores. However, I have been a BF shopper for many years and just knowing what a good deal vs. an ok deal is - most of the ads so far have been a bust in my opinion.
  3. I'm just glad this thread didn't disappear before I made it to the end and found out what the heck "celery" was...I would have been up tryin to figure that one out for a while.
  4. Was super excited to see the ad out - then kinda disappointed once I actually looked through it. It really didn't even seem like a usual BF ad - more like a slightly better than usual weekly ad. Found about 5 or 6 things in the ad that I would consider getting, but they are little things like the Remington Hair Straightener, a robe, etc. Target will probably be one of my stops on BF just definately not one of the high priority ones.
