    thanks so much for the ad scan!! just came back from ON (got there around 12:05am) and had to park all the way in the back! lol atleast i didn't have to wait in line or outdoors! got 2 pair of $5 sleep pants! i've been waiting on these for a while, they are my fave!! and they had my size!! go in with a list or you'll go completely mad, lol.

    We don't have a Sears and the last two years I've ordered my camcorders and cameras from Sears and Best Buy. They go on sale online at midnight, then I head out for the walmart sale. I had my camera already in my shopping cart and when I got online all I had to do was pay..THe price was already adjusted in my cart.

    Yep, that is what I did last year too. Put it in your cart early and keep checking for the price update. It works for all online stores too.

    Wow really, guys. Thanks so much for sharing that. Came to look for that answer on the boards as well. This is applicable to doorbusters as well too; as far as ordering and the price updating on or around midnight, right? Also, the ad suggested ordering online and picking it up in the store. this sounds like a really great option. so you just print out your receipt and take it into the store...?

    Does anyone know if any of these deals will be available online? How did it work last year?

    was just coming to post about the online deals. thanks for the ad, brad. read in the ad that the doorbusters will be available online for purchase. order online and pick up in store. there's also at $5 coupon guarantee if when you scan ur receipt, u don't get ur product in less than 5 mins. really want to do the online and pickup, would love to know as well how's it's worked in the past.

    wow thanks so much for creating this thread, there wasn't one posted. the cam i was eying isn't even listed in the database.. but that could be a good thing for me, lol :g_laughin gonna check out the cams at sears though, thanks for linking to the database, didn't know gottadeal had one! looks great!

    Okay, so I am still pretty new to all this BF shopping. I have been excited now for a few weeks, but now I'm sorta starting to panic:eyepoppin. LOL

    There are so many ads to look thur:yup:, so many things to choose from:cool:, Lists to be made:rolleyes:, and also wondering about Amazon:cheesy:. Not to mention now there isn't one set time to get up early for BF.. theres a midnite sale too!:eek:

    Am I the only one that is already feeling a tad bit overwhelmed?:D

    they will usually let you in at midnight and you can stand by packaged pallets of merchandise, then at 5 (or whatever the start time is) the plastic comes off and the crazy starts

    wow is that really how it works!! gee!!

     

    it really depends on the store. You should be able to go in at any time at any 24 hour walmart. most items will be shrink wrapped. they are not suppose to cut the wrap until the time it starts, but alot of times people do and you can have your cart ready to check out when the sale starts.

    wow sounds like a consensus!

     

    The store was open 24 hrs and the sales people let us put items in our carts around midnight. The only things you couldn't get until 5 were the hot items like tvs and laptops. Also you couldn't check out until 5.

    thank you for this information! definite consensus!! gonna have to get there at 12am for the 5am items!!! yippiee!!! the best part is no waiting in the cold!! now i can wait inside!!! sawweeet!!!

    yeah i was a member of a haircare forum and the girls recommended a chi or a solia. i ended up going with the solia tourmaline and it's great. my hair is really thick and takes 3 hours to do. my mom ended up getting on for herself as well. they run about $89. we purchased on folica.com.
