1. $400 - $500 How much money do you anticipate spending the entire week of Black Friday, online and in stores combined?
2. 3 - 5 stores If you plan on shopping offline on Thanksgiving and/or Black Friday, how many different stores do you predict you'll shop at?
3. I will shop online just a little more this year but at the same time,I want to get out and enjoy the Black Friday scene.

I know someone says this every year but thus far I really feel the ads we have gotten are pretty lackluster.
Haha, finally it gets posted.
So I can just not post anymore ads now, right?
Nothing as exciting for me yet. I still want to see Target, Walmart, Best Buy and maybe Kohl's so Brad continue to post.

We'll still go shopping. My younger sister works at JCP and will have to work that night, so it's not like we'll do anything family-oriented anyway.
Last year my younger sister worked as a cashier in a restaurant and had to work both Thanksgiving and Black Friday. My dad also worked at a call center for Sprint and had to work Thanksgiving and Black Friday. It's been this way for our family for a while. We have a big Thanksgiving meal with family on Saturday now.
Mom and I will just bum around the house until it's time to go shopping and then head out.
Saturday dinner sounds great but for our family Thanksgiving Thursday is the one day that everyone is off from work, school etc.. Happy Shopping!

I am not LOVING it either. Looking to do most of my shopping on line since I will not sacrifice family time to go shopping even though I love it. So sad
I may try online this year. We can shed tears together. lol
Nope. I'm not excited at all, and that is a bummer. I loved going out on Black Friday when you got up early and were there when the stores opened up at "5:00 a.m.". Now it's just not as fun to me to have to rush through family time and Thanksgiving dinner to get deals that you can get probably cheaper two weeks before Christmas.
Yeah the hunt is just not the same. What time do you plan on heading out this year?

LOVE LOVE LOVE getting those sweet deals on Black Friday. I stress FRIDAY but now that stores open practically Thanksgiving "afternoon". I'm just not feeling as excited. The shopping bug will probably still bite me (I LOVE to SHOP lol) but right now I just feel like Black Friday is No Longer and I don't have that same Black Friday Spirit.
Maybe when Target, Walmart & Best Buy ads show up. I will feel different.
What do you guys think? How do you feel about it this year? As of now what time do you plan on heading out?

5 PM? Doesn't look like they'll be getting my business this year. Last year's start time was cutting it pretty close but 5 pm is a definite deal breaker for me.

I've saved up and redeemed points from doing surveys and have some Amazon credit built up. I've never done BF shopping on Amazon, but am looking forward to it.
I do surveys too. I forget about the money from the surveys. When I remember, boy do they come in handy!

Nothing too exciting for me but the PS3 & Xbox bundles are decent. The Drive Club for PS4 and Watch Dogs game were recently delayed for 2014 so that sucks.

It's a BF tradition for me. I put it up that Friday after I'm done shopping to help me get in xmas mode. I keep them up until about the 2nd weekend in January. I do, however, put my lights up the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. I turn those on Thanksgiving Day right after dinner!
(sometimes even as early as Thanksgiving Eve)We do the same and we store the tree with the previous year's decoration (Lights, some ornaments etc..) and change out or add items if needed.

I think they are only coming out like a week or two before so I wouldn't think so. I am liking the buy the old gen game get the new gen for $10 more thing they seem to be doing though.
But isn't that only on certain games? You're probably right but we may get lucky. *Fingers crossed*

If I go out this year I plan on getting sleep first then maybe head out around 12 or 1am. We'll see how things play out this year.-

I preordered 2 PS4s and some games. So those are out the way. Yaay! May still pick up some PS3 games Black Friday. I wonder if any of the PS4 or Xbox One games will be on sale Black Friday for really cheap Hmmm?

This ad looks AMAZING! Too bad around here if you want anything at BB on BF you need to miss Thanksgiving. Even more now that they open at midnight. I don't know if it's worth braving the craziness going in about 1 or 2.

Kindle Fire w/ Vera Bradley Cover & Pandora beads/charms
I just recently found out about the Pandora beads & they've just opened a new store in our mall. These are pretty cool! Do you also get the Troll beads? You'll always have an idea for a gift to give or receive with these.
