I have gotten a few things done so far. I bought 4 different Little People playsets for my DS's 1&2, a Matchbox "Stinky" the talking garbage truck for DS2, a Little Tikes workbench for DS1, a Hello Kitty watch and necklace for DD8, a Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Puppy for DS1, and an Ipod touch 4 and the case for DS10. I have been couponing for the last 5 months, and decided that I will be putting huge gift boxes full of household and personal hygiene items together for family members. I have lots of good name brand things to throw in there, and am excited to put them together, lol. My DS10 mainly just wants the Ipod touch and a handful of xbox 360 games, so I should be able to finish him up on BF. My DD8 wants one of those new rubber band bracelet looms and Orbeez things, and some Hello Kitty stuff, so she should be done on BF also. I'm not too sure what all to get my DS1&2 yet, but have no doubt that it won't be too hard to finish. Now my husband on the other hand might be complicated. Although he did mention he would like a new chainsaw. Anyhow, I am ready to get everything finished!

I really don't ever try to have a set amount.... I just take whatever I can afford and hope for good deals. I already have quite a bit of my shopping done, so it won't be the end of the world if I can't take a huge amount with me this year.

I buy a little here and there. I usually have a few different occasions where I buy quite a bit at once, whereas some days I might just pick up a thing or two I see on sale. I could never do it all in one shot, I would be way too overwhelmed.

My son who is 9 is pretty much out of the toy phase except for beyblades, and my daughter who is 7 is more into clothes and such. But then i have a 15 month old and a 3 month old to buy for too, so that kind of makes up for it.

We will probably be spending a little more, I'm going with quality over quantity this year. I want to spend a little more and get better gifts for family this year.

My mom and my husband both think I'm nuts for going out on BF. But my mom hates shopping in general, and my husband is the same way.

I haven't started as of yet, but will this weekend. I am planning on having everything bought by Black Friday. Although I am sure that even after that I will probably find more to buy, I can't seem to stop when it comes to Christmas shopping!

We do a traditional Thanksgiving... turkey, dressing, candied yams, homemade noodles, green beans, deviled eggs, rolls, banana cream pies, and pumpkin pie. Also my husband likes cranberry sauce.

There is no store that I won't go to, although every year i tell myself that is the last time i go to TRU. I just know i will never go near Walmart or TRU unless they have been open for about 2 hours. I don't need anything that bad for me to stand in line outside for hours or be in a crazy mob.

Wow, 10:00? That certainly may change some of my plans. I just don't know if i am willing to leave that early considering no other stores open up till around 3. I will probably just leave around midnight like i originally planned. That way i have plenty of time to go through TRU, then head off to my other places. I don't know if I will really buy much from TRU, I only saw a few things i was really looking for. And the santa sing a ma jig? Oh boy, can't wait to see the madness surrounding those!

I don't really have a set budget for my husband and kids, but i usually try to keep it around $25 for relatives each year.

I am taking my husband with me this year, and it will be his first time. I showed him some of the videos, lol. He is a little scared!

All of my family thinks i am nuts! I was talking to my mom the other day about christmas shopping, and you could totally tell she had no interest. Of course she is the biggest procrastinator there ever was. I love shopping, i love saving money, so of course I am going BF shopping! And i am bringing my husband along this year for his first BF experience. I can't wait! haha

I started my Christmas shopping last weekend by putting a V Reader and book on layaway for my daughter. I wanted to make sure i had it put aside since i doubted they would get any cheaper around BF, and figure everyone will be sold out. I am going to find my son the Polar Express train set this weekend.

Christmas Vacation is my all time favorite, but I love Home Alone 1&2, A Christmas Story, Elf, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and Christmas with the Kranks..
