ABC will air a reality show showing 16 families competiting for prize of $50,000. The house will be done in extreme Christmas lighting and within 21 days. Wowzer. Now this is a show I will be watching. I hope they contacted their electric company before hand. Update : At stake is a total of$250,000 in prizes. And, with $50,000 awarded each episode. It will be air on Dec 9 at 9pm ET/PT and with back to back on episode on both Dec 16 at 9pm ET/PT and Dec 23 at 9pm ET / PT. Judges are : Michael Moloney and Sabrina Soto ( both from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition . The family were choosen through an extensive nationwide search base on their previous elaborate Xmas lighting.

Several years ago , I had took 1/2 day off on Black Friday and then hit work and brought all my finds to show one of my coworkers( who is actually my best friend ) and the HR supervisor saw me holding up this great looking cashmere sweater that I had to wake up at 4am and stand inline out of the store and infront of the cashier for . The sweaters were 2 for $100 which was a great price for that kind of sweater.The original price I think was close to $200. For sure my friend thought I would flip. Instead I just told her yes I will sell it to you. I told her that the original price was xxx and the sale price was xx but I am willing to let go at $300 including my gas and my time . She left in huff.Friend couldn't believe I did that. I told her this is a personal issue and am NOT afraid to bite back.Some people just has no manner.

Ok. Why I have the strange urge to sign up for this ( I am not even a runner)? Because I would like to flaunt my one and ONLY ugly sweater ? Which btw was a gift from senior relatives who though it was kind of cute and got a very slight mothballs smell. I had wish someone would invite me to one of those ugly sweater Xmas party. They are hosting this Ugly Xmas sweater Run (5K) in all of the major cities and in encouraged to bring a toy do donate to Toys for Tots. You get a cup hot cocoa before the run . Every year ( not last year) I was come back home from Black Friday with a slight cold from standing in coldness .Last year is the first year since I started Black Friday shopping that I did all my shopping online. I sort of missing the crazy scene at the local stores . We will see what is going on. My new job ,the girls don't buy for each other. They pick a name and give that person a gift. I love gift gifts specially if I can get them at a lower price.

That is it !! I know they always have a sale and I never finds anything that interest me enough to be jumping with joy and buy it.

Hm... Did anyone notice that Target has a BONUS Black Friday link up on their site and it say July 12 and 13. Didn't they have a sale usually around July/ What was it call before ? And, what is a BONUS Black Friday sale ?
