I opened an account and still can not find any coupons on the leapfrog site.

Corporate stores are usually much more accomodating regarding Hallmark issued coupons. There is no mention it can't be used on ornaments or only on Hallmark branded items.

The Walgreens Black Friday ad is out. It says B1G1F As Seen on TV items, but the Pillow Pets are not shown.
I just looked and pillow pets are shown when you click the link.

I haven't had the energy to call today. Wonder if it would do any good anyway? Anyone have any experience with their customer service?
I spoke with a customer service rep the other day....very helpful, HOWEVER....she is also who informed me MULTIPLE codes will not work on their site. If you enter one....it tells you what promotion you received...if you enter a second...it automatically deletes the first.
Does your confirmation include the additional items? If that's the case...then you were shorted and I'd try calling. If not it's likely the reason I gave above.

I received my grab bag and all the items are great, but I didn't receive the cuticle cream (FBFAN) or the lip balm (WELCOME) and when I checked out all the codes were showing as having worked.
I learned that when you submit more than one code, the site automatically deletes the code entered previously. So each code could have said valid when entered. They only allow one coupon code per order.

I don't know if you'd call the "deals" better...it just changes from day to day. Yesterday the half price offer was on cloth satchels

According to customer service...you can not use more than one promotional code. The site had automatically given me a free gift...once I removed that...the BURT20 promo worked.

Yes and I get the message that the promotion code worked....but there is no place to recalulate the order. I went all the way through to the end of check out. I did get free shipping...

I can enter the code BURT20...and it gives me free shipping but I do not see any place to click recalculate the total. I'm not getting the discount. HELP!
The WELCOME and FBFAN codes aren't valid.
