I was actually surprised today when I went to the local Wm and a cashier was just standing around with nothing to do....she walked me to her register. No waiting in line and even emptied the stuff from my cart for me. I was completely stunned. That absolutely never happens...I just happened to go in to pick up some medicine and ended up buying a Jacket for my Grandmother...I am keeping my fingers crossed that this keeps up for BF.

I just picked up 2 of them at my local Target for my daughter and for a friend that just doesn't want to deal with Black Friday. My store had 12 of them on an end cap. Not sure if they had more in the back but I grabbed them while they were there. I will deal with price adjustments if possible later on. But I know my daughter is going to absolutely love them.

Tell Sam that he should serve us loyal wally customers some refreshments this year. You know some fuel to get the motor running for this glorious shopping experience.
As amazing as it sounds. My local WM did serve donuts and coffee last year in the layaway dept but it was like it was a secret...they did not announce it over the store intercom system and the only way anyone found out about it was through word of mouth or having to go into the layaway dept like I did to pay for my Plasma TV.

OK I can not tell from the ad but maybe one of you knows is the DVD camcorder mini DVDs or full size DVDs. A friend is looking for one to record the birth of her baby and send the disc to her husband in Iraq but she wants the full sized discs and not the minis. We went to two different WM trying to see if it was in the store already but no such luck. Just wondering if it was going to be worth it for an extremely pregnant woman to stand in line for. Thanks for the help.

OK where is everyone preordering these dolls? My friend and I really want them for our kids. She just doesn't want to deal with the Black Friday rush and is willing to pay full price for them.

Hmmm not sure will have to ask a family member about that one. I was looking for a few games for the kids myself and would rather get them on sale if possible.

The 3 pack of Hannah Montana and her friends is what I am after this year. I just bought a DS Lite for my son but my daughter loves Hannah Montana.

If I remember correctly my local WM had free donuts in the layaway area...I only noticed them because I had to go back there to pay for my Plasma TV. Not sure if they are goign to do it again this year but it was a nice little treat since I was there at 3 AM.

I will have to ask a relative when I talk to her. She works for DD...although she is not going to be working on BF I am sure she will know something about what is planned.

I am not sure on that. I want to buy some of the custom blinds that they have on sale on BF. I got some a few years ago for my dining room and absolutely love them. I do have a question though can you use the 15% off coupons that you get for completing the online surveys on BF? I mean the blinds are 65% off and then if you get there before the early bird specials end they are an additional 10% off...can I use the 15% off coupon too or would it be better to use that coupon on a different purchase?

I definitely like to sleep off my Turkey too especially since I am usually up around 3 AM to beign cooking. My husband likes to have his first batch of Thanksgiving dinner around 11 or 12. I go to sleep early and then I am up by 2:30 or 3 for the sales. Not sure what my gameplan this year. Guess it depends on what WM has up their sleeves.

Definitely going to have to pick up 2 or 3 of these. My DD is a huge Hannah Montana fan and my friend's daughter's birthday is coming up and I know that she is going to want one too. Then there is my niece. Hopefully they have lots of those to go around.

Any Home Depot BF rumors yet? Last year I got a great deal on a freezer and today I just picked up a Steam Cleaner for $100...I was very excited about that. I thought that it was priced at $239 and on sale for $199 but it was even cheaper than I thought. Can't wait to see what they have on sale this year. I have a ton of projects in the works and getting the supplies I need at a dicount would be fabulous. -
I usually hit Jo-Anns on BF too. Got some great deals on fabric last year. Typically during the year I will go in and get the needles and bobbins I need at 40-50% off. I am looking for an embriodery machine this year so I am keeping my fingers crossed for a decent deal on one.
I don't think that I hit Hobby Lobby last year. Not sure why but I watch out for their weekly sales. Especially on Kona cotton.

Our Super WM stays open. I usually get there around 3 AM. Sometimes they are a little slow with the maps but the associates will typically find one if you ask. They also pointed me in the right direction last year when I was waiting for my flat screen to be brought out.

They already did the Fisher Price toys. My friend told me about that sale last weekend. She went to pick up the Planet Heros Space Ship toys that they have out this year.

Big Toy Book

My friend just showed me her Big Toy book. Came in the mail today. Waiting for mine but of course my mail is not here yet. -
Everytime I go to Target I see those Lowered Price tags up on the shelves. They also mark down a lot of their toys. Got some great deals on Barbies that I tucked away for Christmas.

I think the year before it was winnie the pooh. Or maybe two yearrs ago. Maybe they will do elmo or care bears. My DD would be thrilled if they did scooby doo.
I know when my daughter was born in 2003 they did Lion King stuffed animals. My Father got her a huge Nala...her bedroom was done up in Lion King. She loves it. I also got a bunch of the huge Care Bears a few years ago during one of those deals.
