Once you buy the RB 2 system, you can get the RB 1 songs also by renting the game somewhere, then following the steps listed on this post: http://www.wikihow.com/Transfer-Rock-Band-1-Songs-Into-Rock-Band-2-on-Xbox-360 Apparently this is completely legal, as you are purchasing lisenced copies through Microsoft. What you will need: Xbox 360 with a Hard Drive (with at least 1.5GB free space) Rock Band 1 Rock Band 2 Xbox Live Account and a high-speed internet connection 400 Microsoft Points (equivalent to $5) We are all learning here as we go...... I read somewhere that you can download the songs from the original Rockband 1 on XBox Live for $5.00 once you have the newer edition. Anyone kow anything about this?
